Upon delivery of the IQOS ILUMA, return the old equipment to the courier.
The old equipment collected will be managed and recycled in accordance with the applicable legislation. The Program is limited to one usage per customer, subject to existing stock and eligibility. See Terms and Conditions.

IQOS ILUMA™ is designed to be used only with TEREA™ sticks. Do not use IQOS ILUMA™ and TEREA™ sticks with previous IQOS™ generations, as this may cause damage to your device. See important information.

It’s a program through which the delivery of your pin equipment (lil SOLID 2.0) is valued at €14, which can be used to purchase the new IQOS ILUMA.
To use Retake Program, you are required to deliver your holder and pocket charger at the moment of purchase of your IQOS ILUMA™.
Accessories such as charging cables, door cover, caps, cleaning tools or the original box are not required.
Currently Retake Program can be found in:
- all IQOS stores;
- iqos.com;
- nearly 300 partners accross the country.

Retake Program is available for eligible users in selected point of sale or in iqos.com.
To be eligible, the register user must comply with the following criteria:
- have one or more pin devices on their account (and that has only been registered on their account) for 3 or more months.
According to T&C, each selected consumer will only have access to one (1) delivery per calendar year.
The program is exclusive for lil SOLID 2.0 functional or not, within or outsider legal warranty period.
You may use the program to purchase an induction equipment: Iluma One, Iluma ou Iluma Prime.
All equipment collected will be directed to our recycling hubs. All recyclable components will be transformed in a new product. All residual materials, that are not possible to be recycled, will be used in energy recovery processes.
