New Firmware Update for IQOS ILUMA devices

The new Firmware Update for IQOS ILUMA devices is now available at Qstores and through the IQOS ILUMA App, for Android and Web App.

This update aims to improve the performance and lifespan of your IQOS ILUMA, through bug fixes and minor updates that improve your user experience.

To perform this update through our Web App or the IQOS App, first you’ll need to associate the device to your profile and follow the steps below:

In the Web App:

1. Open the Web App and log in with your IQOS account
2. Go to the "My Devices" menu, select the device and click on "See more";
3. Click on "Settings" and follow the instructions to connect to the IQOS App via USB;
4. After pairing, click on "About my device", where you'll find the Firmware Update and then follow the instructions.

In the IQOS App:

1. Open the IQOS App and log in with your IQOS account
2. Go to the "My Devices" menu, select device and click on "See more";
3. Connect the device via USB or Bluetooth;
4. After pairing, click on "Updates" in the "Equipment" menu;
5. If the update is available, click on "Continue" and then on "Start Update"
