IQOS 2.4 Collect Program
IQOS Collect Program allows you to exchange your IQOS 2.4 for the a IQOS 2.4 PLUS version. With a 35% faster holder charging time, vibration alerts when your experience is about to begin and is nearly finishing and brighter LED lights to be easier to check the holder status, IQOS 2.4 PLUS will provide you a better usage experience.
Between 16 and 31 of October, bring your IQOS 2.4 to a selected IQOS store and receive an IQOS 2.4 PLUS, free of charge.
Before going to one of our IQOS stores where this service is available, please check if you meet all the criteria to enroll:
- Be a registered user (have an iqos.com account)
- Own an IQOS 2.4 linked to your IQOS account until 31st December 2018
- Own an IQOS 2.4 within the warrantee period
In order to receive an IQOS 2.4 PLUS, you need to meet all the criteria mentioned above and give us back your old IQOS 2.4 in one of our selected IQOS stores.
