IQOS International Assistance

We inform you that the IQOS International Assistance service is free for all registered IQOS users.

If you are travelling and have questions or problems with your equipment, please contact our dedicated line and if necessary, we will ship new equipment to your address abroad.

The service is free and valid in countries where IQOS (ILUMA and previous generation) and lil SOLID are available. To qualify, you only need to be a registered user on iqos.com and have your equipment associated with your account.

Create a user account on iqos.com and link your IQOS device to your IQOS account. Register here.

If you already have an account and have registered your equipment, you can use the service immediately.

IQOS International Assistance Number

When you are abroad, please call our IQOS International Assistance Line* at +800 2559 2559 or +41 21 547 88 88.

*Call with applicable charges depending on the mobile network. Consult your provider for more details.

Before making the call, make sure you have complete details of your temporary address (hotel name and address) so that we can send you new equipment if necessary. New equipment ships within 1-4 business days, depending on the delivery time of the local vendor as well as your location.
