Do you know QURE?
In case you need assistance with your IQOS equipment, we recommend using our online tool QURE for device troubleshooting. To access it, you just need to login in your IQOS account, go to MY EQUIPMENTS section and select the button Troubleshoot in the IQOS equipment that you are having difficulties with.
QURE is free and available 24/7. If there’s a need to swap your device by a new one, follow the instruction in the screen after the troubleshooting process.
