How can I recycle my IQOS device?
Once IQOS devices reach the end of their useful lives, they must be deposited at electronic equipment collection sites (Ponto Electrão, in Portugal). They should not be placed in a normal rubbish bin.

Are the devices I leave at the IQOS points of sale recycled?
Yes, all devices returned to Tobacconists will be recycled in line with the regulations in force.
