It contains nicotine but does not contain tobacco. Instead, it contains a special plant-derived plug* that delivers a nicotine-containing aerosol. With zero tobacco but full flavour (a complete, rich, intense, and well-rounded taste), you can experience a clean aftertaste and a pleasant scent.
LEVIA is designed to be used only with IQOS ILUMA devices – IQOS ILUMA PRIME, IQOS ILUMA, IQOS ILUMA ONE.

We mix nicotine that is extracted from the tobacco with other ingredients to form a plant- derived material.*

LEVIA’s plant-derived plug tends to easily absorb humidity and, therefore, it requires a special sealed packaging with aluminium. This ensures product freshness and protects the sticks from external humidity and glycerin evaporation.
For the optimal sensorial experience, please, always remember to keep your pack closed
After you opened LEVIA pack, please ensure proper closure of the pack every time you take a stick. For an optimal experience, we do not recommend keeping the opened pack for more than 7 days.
No, LEVIA does not have an expiry date. However, we recommend using the product within 12 months from the date of production to ensure an optimal satisfying experience.
If you do not have the latest IQOS ILUMA firmware (4.0), you may not fully benefit from an optimal experience with LEVIA. The new firmware version enables to recognize a LEVIA stick vs. TEREA stick and customize the experience accordingly.
IQOS ILUMA device without this firmware will still function and heat the LEVIA stick. However, it will not adapt to a different product and you may not enjoy the optimal sensorial experience with LEVIA.

Therefore, for the optimal experience, we advise to have the 4.0 firmware version.
You can upgrade your IQOS ILUMA firmware either with assistance in IQOS Stores or on your own with the IQOS App for Android mobile phones.
If you use the IQOS App:
- Place the Holder into the Pocket Charger
- Log in to the IQOS app and pair your device through Bluetooth® or connect with supplied USB cable
- Go to “Devices” tab
- Select the device you would like to check within the carousel, your device needs to be paired or connected to the app
- There will be a banner indicating if there is a new firmware available
- If you haven’t accepted to receive automated notifications. Then you can scroll down to “Manager your device” and click on “Check for updates”
- Then, follow the steps indicated on the screens to upgrade your firmware. Note through Bluetooth®, you can only upgrade charger firmware.
- For the webapp the same interaction is available on your homepage
- You will get a success notification once the upgrade has been completed
You can check it yourself through the IQOS APP or visit us at the nearest IQOS stores so that we can check it for you.
If you want to check it on your own, you can use one of the following options:
- IQOS app for Android mobile phones,
- webapp for iOS mobile phones
- desktop application for Mac OS and Windows personal computers
If the front plug of your LEVIA stick appears melted or deformed (the part that goes inside the device), your device is perfectly fine. This happens because the stick is not perfectly or fully inserted in the device. Please, check if the melted front plug is not stuck inside the device and remove it before the next use.
To ensure you do not face this issue in the future, please, correctly insert the LEVIA stick to the line on the filter, with coloured part facing outside.
