When the purchase and payment is made by 16:00 on a working day, delivery will take place:
- up to 2 working days in mainland Portugal.
- 5 working days for deliveries to the Islands.
There could be some changes in delivery dates due to the high number of orders, geographic movement restrictions, weather conditions, accidents or other unforeseen events.
Delivery can only be made to the adult owner of the IQOS account placing the order or to an adult. ID will be requested for age validation. If this is not verified, the order can be cancelled.
