CIRCULAR PROGRAMME FAQs

The program is totally free. There is no cost to return equipment that you no longer use.

The Circular Program enables you to return IQOS equipment, devices and/or VEEV pods that no longer use and their original electronic accessories (cables, chargers, adapters, etc.) to a Qstore for recycling.

You can return your IQOS or VEEV ONE device that no longer use and original electronic accessories in a Qstore, leaving it at the designated bin.

You can return the following devices: IQOS ORIGINALS DUO, IQOS ORIGINALS ONE, BONDS by IQOS, lil SOLID, IQOS VEEV/VEEV , VEEV ONE, VEEV NOW disposables, IQOS™ 3 DUO, IQOS™ 3 MULTI, IQOS™ 2.4 Plus

And the original electronic accessories: IQOS USB charging cable, IQOS AC Power Adaptor, IQOS™ 2.4 Plus Single Charging Dock, IQOS™ 2.4 Plus Double Charging Dock, IQOS™ 3 MULTI Charging Dock and IQOS™ Car Charger.

For now, we do not collect packaging materials. Dispose the device packaging responsibly, as per local regulations.

With Device Circular Programme you are enable to bring back your old IQOS and VEEV devices or pods and relevant electronic accessories when you no longer use them for recycling.

Programa de Retoma IQOS allows you to buy IQOS ILUMA using the trade-in value assigned to your old equipment.

You can keep your device in good working condition by regularly updating the firmware, charging your device only with the original charging accessories and using the technical support available whenever necessary in Qstore stores or by calling the Customer Support number.

At Qstores you can have access to professional cleaning and complete service. Every check-up is carried out to help you keep your device in optimal condition for longer. It also ensures a satisfying smoke-free experience.

After being collected, the devices are recycled by our partners.

You should go to a Qstore and return the device. The Qstore's staff will collect the IQOS ILUMA. The collected devices will be reconditioned or recycled.

We are commited to minimizing our impact on the environment and adhere to the waste eletrical and eletronic equipment regulations (WEEE regulations) in respect of all our IQOS devices. Indeed, we have a responsibility as a manufacturer of eletronic devices to adhere to these regulations and play our part in making sure that the number of eletronical devices sent to landfill sites is reduced. If you have an IQOS/VEEV/lil Device that you no longer use, you are enablel to return it to Qstore under Circular Program so that we can recycle it.

Products marked with the crossed out wheeled bin symbol are identified as waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE). Such products my contain hazardous materials, components and substances, that present a risk to human and the environment when not handled correctly at the end of life. They may also contain reusable parts and valuable materials that can be recycled. To conserve natural resources and prevent possible negative impacts on the environment and human health, WEEE must not be discarded together with household waste and should be collect separately for proper treatment and disposal.

No. We do not currently have the Circular Program available for consumables.

No. If equipment returned under the Circular Program is associated with a user account, it is immediately disassociated from that account and sent to Electrão for recycling.
